Ramakrishna beach: This is one of the busiest beach in visakhapatnam, apart from yarada,rushikonda beach. If you like beaches then you must need to visit this place and also on south of the beach one can see the Dolphin nose which is formed through natural formation from a hard rock, and on the rock there is a light house which is known for its powerful beam which can be viewed from 64kms from the land . Near by one can visit the Vuda park, Kali temple, Submarine museum and you can also see the War memorial on the sea , is called as Victory at Sea and is dedicated to the memory of great soldiers who laid down their lives in Indo-Pak war 1971. If you are a jogger and then you can enjoy jogging early in the morning near the beach, you can have a good experience.
Kailasgiri Hill: This is also busiest weekend tourist destination and is known for the popular idols of Lord Shiva and Parvathi which are made of white marble, it is a huge park with different floral plants, from the top of the hill you can have a scenic view of the city and also the beach.
IndraGandhi Zoological Park: This park is on the National Highway and covers about 250 hectares, is the second largest park after Hyderabad, apart from various animals and birds, one can enjoy seeing the White Tiger,

Borra Caves: This caves are the natural formation and one can view crystal white stones formed in different shapes. Inside the cave there is a Shivalinga where the water dips and is known to be called as the origin of the river Gosthani. One can also view the flow of River Gosthani.
Araku Valley: This hill station is 117 kms from visakhapatnam on the Eastern Ghats, one must surely visit this place where you can find picturesque landscapes, beautiful climate and waterfalls makes you love the place.
